Vineyard Estate 01 Preferred Equity Fund is seeking to raise up to $4,000,000 from wholesale investors to repatriate to Developer part of its equity in two development Sites located on Windsor Road, Vineyard. The Sites have been sold unconditionally with a 9-month settlement. Vineyard Estate 01 is a highly derisked Fund with Guardian Funds holding preference shares in the landholder entities as well as personal and company guarantees from the Director until the final settlement of the two land parcels concludes.
