Option 1: Fixed income distribution of 14.0% per annum with 7.0% per annum paid monthly in arrears and 7.0% per annum paid at Project Completion.
Option 2: Fixed income distribution of 16.0% per annum with first distribution to be made 12 months from the date of this Supplementary and second (final) payment at Project Completion.
