The Opportunity Fund 03 is seeking to raise $8,000,000 from wholesale investors. The Fund will have two return options: Option 1: A fixed return of 13.5% per annum paid quarterly in arrears. Option 2: A fixed return of 15.0% per annum paid on maturity.

The Developer will use the funds to acquire distressed and opportunistic land development projects in Sydney’s growth areas – prime residential subdivision sites in Sydney’s northwest and southwest.

Macroeconomic factors, including higher interest rates, population growth and residential undersupply, are creating attractive opportunities with the potential to deliver. The developer has a mandate to capitalise on the prevailing market disruption to acquire distressed or value add assets, off-market and below their market value.
